Working on tests this week

I have been really busy this week. We have 7 days left. We are having our tests done, finishing some crafts, putting all the students work together to take home.
I have been wanting to write a post about organization for a long time, but I was looking at my messy desk today and didn’t feel like I could help anybody about organization. LOL
You can see my desk with my super teacher binder (I have everything in it!), a pile of tests (poor little firsties…so many tests in just two weeks), my calendar(you can’t really see how full it is), my TO DO list (standing on that red ball) and my individual rubrics for each kid (under the calculator).
It is a pain going over every score, but we HAVE to do it.

On the other hand, we are doing some cute crafts and getting ready for the Summer. It’s not all about tests!
All the first and second grade teachers are doing this little piggy banks. Each kid is painting it with their favorite color and we will add polka dots next Friday. Don’t you just love my under the sea tablecloth? 🙂

Ice creams make life better and currently June

I have been reading all your blogs this week. Reading about Summer linky parties, end of the year games and so on. But I have 3 weeks left. We finish June 22nd. So we are having lots of tests and many teacher meetings.
In the middle of all this stress I finally managed to change my bulletin board. May flowers were shrivelling.

So I printed my latest craftivity and had an instant ice cream bulletin board. My students wrote about their favorite flavors and decorated their shops.
We had extra time so we decorated some ice cream for the Bulletin Board with our names on it.
Then I added some Summer clipart to fill some gaps.
Everything was quite quick as they could do it all themselves. Some even had some time to have fun with Summer fast finishers activities!
I can’t wait to finish our tests to start with all the end of the year fun!
Before that I am joining Oh boy 4th grade on the linky party. I enjoyed reading what is everybody doing. It’s a great idea for us, blog stalkers. 😉

Give away reminder, my new craftivity and Summer games

I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!!
44 new followers in less than a week!
If you haven’t entered the give away there are only three days left.
Last week was a great week in school. We still have classes till June 22nd. We are practising our writing abilities with lots of fun prompts.
Today I am presenting my newest writing prompt. I think it is the easiest, the more creative and the cutest. Yes, it’s my favorite:
A small writing prompt to create your own ice cream shop and write about your favorite ice-cream flavor.
We will be doing it next month, but I know some of you are on your last days so you can find it on TPT.
You can use it in English or Spanish.
I will also share some games you can use on your Smart Boards or your students can use at home.
Some Spanish Summer games to practice during Summer Holidays.
It is divided into 3 categories:
INFANTIL (3-5year-olds.)
PRIMARIA (1st-6th grade)
SECUNDARIA (7th grade and above)

Enjoy your last days of school!
