Ice creams make life better and currently June

I have been reading all your blogs this week. Reading about Summer linky parties, end of the year games and so on. But I have 3 weeks left. We finish June 22nd. So we are having lots of tests and many teacher meetings.
In the middle of all this stress I finally managed to change my bulletin board. May flowers were shrivelling.

So I printed my latest craftivity and had an instant ice cream bulletin board. My students wrote about their favorite flavors and decorated their shops. 
We had extra time so we decorated some ice cream for the Bulletin Board with our names on it. 
Then I added some Summer clipart to fill some gaps.
Everything was quite quick as they could do it all themselves. Some even had some time to have fun with Summer fast finishers activities!
I can’t wait to finish our tests to start with all the end of the year fun!
Before that I am joining Oh boy 4th grade on the linky party. I enjoyed reading what is everybody doing. It’s a great idea for us, blog stalkers. 😉

Teaching during Summer and confession linky party

Today was our last day of whole day school. This means that tomorrow we go home for lunch. Yipee!
This afternoon we watched a movie and I made popcorn for them. It was just perfect, no more trips to the school theater, we have a Smart Board. 
They were so excited that our Board had changed into a movie screen…
I also wanted to join a great linky party by Living a Wonderful Life. I have many obsessions but I will just share my latest.
I just discovered colored binder clips on pinterest and I started using them for everything!
I love organizing my photocpies for the week by subject: green-science, blue-language arts and yellow-maths.
I have tons of them!
White personalized binders. At the beginning of this school year I started changing my binders and using these. I have had lots of compliments on them! I’ll have to take some photos.
My shelves look much more uncluttered now.
I love pinterest. I could be pinning for hours! It is like shopping but free! 🙂
Now I can keep all the ideas from other bloggers in the same place.
Running! I started this year and I love it! Now I need new equipment for the Summer! I feel really proud.

Last hours giveaway, games and the lovely blog award

There are only 9 hours left to enter my giveaway. I started celebrating with 50 followers and now I have reached 101! I want to thank all of you!

My students have been working really hard this week. Two tests in a week! Poor First Graders!
So tomorrow we will have some fun on our Smart Board. This website, from a Spanish TV channel CLAN has many short cartoons and games that my kids love. It is a fun way to spend the last 15 minutes of the day.
You can have some cartoons and songs in English too.
