We don’t really celebrate Day of the Dead in Spain. But as I am having lots of bilingual teachers I decided to share some online resources a video and a cute craftivity I just posted in my store.
This is a great video to show to your Spanish learners. It explains the meaning of the celebration in Spanish.
It is very difficult finding educational games about the Day of the Dead. But I found these two games:
The first one is my favorite. I’m sure my students will love creating this colorful skulls. You can have your students play on the Smartboard and say the parts of the body as they see them: Pierna derecha! o Right leg!
I have also created a fun craftivity to use in your classroom. It has many posibilities. Check it at my TPT store!
You have been boo-ed! Check out my blog for details!
