Ice creams make life better and currently June

I have been reading all your blogs this week. Reading about Summer linky parties, end of the year games and so on. But I have 3 weeks left. We finish June 22nd. So we are having lots of tests and many teacher meetings.
In the middle of all this stress I finally managed to change my bulletin board. May flowers were shrivelling.

So I printed my latest craftivity and had an instant ice cream bulletin board. My students wrote about their favorite flavors and decorated their shops.
We had extra time so we decorated some ice cream for the Bulletin Board with our names on it.
Then I added some Summer clipart to fill some gaps.
Everything was quite quick as they could do it all themselves. Some even had some time to have fun with Summer fast finishers activities!
I can’t wait to finish our tests to start with all the end of the year fun!
Before that I am joining Oh boy 4th grade on the linky party. I enjoyed reading what is everybody doing. It’s a great idea for us, blog stalkers. 😉

Teacher Appreciation Week Sale, new craft and a freebie

So many things going on this week. I feel exhausted!
But let’s start from the beginning. This Sunday starts the Teacher Appreciation Week Sale on TPT. And it lasts three days!
Don’t forget using the code to get an 10% extra on my already discounted store.
I have been working hard this week and I have two new products in my store:
My Summer craftivity kids. Two swimming kids that will hold our students’ best works.

I have been trying to get my Summer Fast Finishers pack ready for the sale, but… I just can’t do it… So I am uploading a small part of it. A color by number activity that you can download for free.

Thanks for stopping by and have fun on the sales, I will!

Spring Fast Finishers

Tests just arrived to my classroom, just like spring.
They all start at the same time, but this year I have more fast-finishers than ever! Some of them have to wait for 20 minutes.
What do I do now???
I find it very difficult finding engaging activities for my first graders to do while waiting for the rest of the classroom to finish their tests.
This is my last TPT creation:
They are fun enough to keep them engaged, but review some reading or math.
And the best of all, they don’t need help to do them. I just explain them all at the beginning and they can choose the one they like when their finish their test.
